A most absurd story of Nazi spies, a murder/kidnapping of “The King of Song”, & one not too terribly intelligent heroine who is armed in charm. Sophia manages to save her godfather, dognapped Milly, & England in one fell swoop. All the while, Mitford entertains with her razor sharp satirical approach to the upper class & politicians.

Jess_Read_This I feel compelled to say that it was rather hard to review this book with Litsy character limitations. I wrote a mini essay on Goodreads.
