I wasn't the biggest fan. I saw it as a manifesto on Thiel's business philosophy. So many of his points seemed so controversial that I found myself constantly disagreeing. That's not necessarily a bad thing; everyone deserves to have their worldview challenged. However, Thiel delivers his manifesto with the attitude that he's discovered the absolute truth of the world, which I disliked. Still recommended reading for those interested in startups.

Can‘t think of any other text that gets into the true meaning of monopoly power in business. You‘d think other business books would make the attempt.... Zero to One is such a good book because it doesn‘t shy away from the discussion.

What the Titans have to say on their relationship to Luck. Peter uses these quotes as a pretext to go a lil further in depth.

One of the best business books for entrepreneurs. Thiel offers new insight into the real aspects of creating value. Zero to One means getting a new “thing” instead of just making more of the same. Overall pretty interesting ideas on big concepts.

I did not enjoy it much. I'm sure if I were to start my own business, this book would be of much help. Zero to one speaks more of general topics and does not address any real problems.

When a serial successful entrepreneur writes a book, it‘s a must read.

Invent a new concept, product or service instead of adopting an existing idea of business. You may enjoy monopoly. This is the core message of the book. This book is guideline for startup entrepreneurs.
