pickVenus in Copper has its moments -- the turbot dinner with Titus is a hoot and Priscillus is a nasty piece of work. The fact that I was reading it by itself meant I wasn't as irritated by Falco's and Helena's on again off again relationship as I usually was by this point in the series.
