Alignment | 
I loved seeing everyone‘s personal and reading goals yesterday for #TLT! I haven‘t set those sorts of concrete goals for the new year, but I have chosen my word of the year: Align. So I‘ll be trying to focus on whether my actions are bringing me further into alignment with my core self and values or further away from that. Does anyone else pick a #WordOfTheYear?
kspenmoll This is wonderful! We actually have our 9th graders (I co-teach English) chose they were of the year and they painted on a rock which we keep in the classroom all year. They love it. 1y

kspenmoll I think my word of the year is healing. Healing in body ( shoulder/bicep surgery in Fall) & healing by paying close attention to my relationships. Thanks for your idea!! (edited) 1y
