Getting my bake on this early evening. I was gifted a bounty of peaches (thanks, Casey!) and am going to make some peach cobbler from the top cookbook. Then I‘m going to use up the rest of my bananas on a delish scone recipe from the bottom cook book. It‘s going to smell so good in my apartment tonight!!! 😋

Also, listening to an audio book, so multitasking 😅#audiobaking #allthebaking

Haven‘t been around much. I‘m at the tail end of some sickness, never got to the doctor, that has been around for 2.5 weeks.
I did acquire a few books toward the end of December.
1,2,& 7 are Dollar Tree finds. 3 was a pre-Christmas purchase for myself. 5 & 9 were after Christmas purchases at B&N 50% off sale. 6 & 8 were give aways from the APT complex we live in. 4 is the one book I got for Christmas it was from my parents.

Inspired by a post by another litten, @alanacristin , I decided to post a second recommendation for the night. I absolutely love this book. I originally read it when I was vegetarian but now I eat meat and eggs but not gluten or dairy (it's a long story but my diet isn't a lose weight type diet it's a medical one). But I still love this book and all of this author's books. You should check it out for sure if you like cook books regardless of diet.
