Some new books I bought myself after I bombed a test yesterday😬

Holy cow was this good. I will admit I mistakenly thought it was short stories rather than essays (as it says right on the cover) and thought it was not a great book. When I realized my mistake after the first essay, I found it to be just incredible. There is a reason why it was on so many best of lists. Her writing is just gorgeous at times. I kept taking pictures of quotes from the book. Loved it.

I forgot to take a picture till I was in the car on the way to the book drop, but Jamison does it again with this lovely collection. I thought it was outstanding.
