pickA soft Pick, because I did finish this book very quickly for an audiobook, and the story was fine. However, I'm more of a full-cast dramatization person these days, at least where Doctor Who is concerned, and there were some script-like scenes that would have benefitted from having multiple narrators.
I was listening to Disc 4 (of 5) this morning while audio puzzling and found the story had become extremely non-linear. « Ugh this is so weird, » I thought, « but OK, this is a choice. » I then realized I was playing that disc on shuffle ?
Starring Alex Kingston/River Song/the Doctor's wife? I see what you did there Doctor Who novel writer guy.
