Jill Shalvis is so solid when it comes to writing enjoyable characters, friendships, and stories!! I‘m always thrilled to pick up another of her books. This one took me back to Heartbreaker Bay and features Ivy and Kel. I‘ve loved Ivy since she first appeared in this series. So great to read her story! With Ivy and Kel, one is keeping major secrets and the other hates lies. Both have been hurt. Makes for a great story.

I‘m a long time Jill Shalvis fan. Her books make me laugh, smile and bring happiness into my life. I liked this one, but I will be honest, it‘s not my favorite Shalvis. I was thoroughly annoyed by how many chances Ivy gave her family - it was beyond ridiculous. Wrapped Up In You is still a cut above the rest, but I‘d check out The Trouble with Mistletoe and Chasing Christmas Eve first.

Finished this one on Wednesday night. Jill Shalvis is a comfort author for me. Unfortunately, I read her books too fast! While this story took place around Christmastime, it really didn't play a part in the plot. I loved both main characters. Both had been burned by family and didn't trust easily, especially with their heart. A very good book. Now I don't know what to start next!

Ok, I'm back. Been gone too long. Surgery didn't go well, I've just been working and not doing much. But I miss Litsy and my friends here. So I am definitely back. This is my current read. I'm also writing #LitsyLove and #jb mail today since it's a rainy day. And I have several recent reviews to add here. Hope you all are having a great Sunday.
