so-soRoad trip to Whangārā with girlfriend Llana and friend Ashi. Fraught relationships. Travels then to Levin to grandmother who is unwell. Set on top of recognition of colonial harm in NZ. Beautifully written and pleasure to read, sometimes uncomfortable as she struggles with own health. Not necessarily a good story with solid ending.
