Cute, but major TW for weight loss and body image issues. When a girl who weighs a 105 lbs complains about her huge butt, and EVERYONE notices how she‘s gained SO MUCH weight, well, it took me out of the book a lot.

1. Every Reason We Shouldn‘t by Sara Fujimura 2. A Cuban Girl‘s Guide to Tea and Tomorrow by Laura Taylor Namey 3. My goal for 2021 is 100 books.
This was a cute read, a bit Hallmark Channel-y. I think I‘d find it especially appealing if I was a teenager. Ice skating at Olympic hopeful competitive levels and what you sacrifice for those goals, plus a bit of “let‘s save the family skating rink” gee whiz hokiness. I liked that the protagonists were biracial. Cute, quick read.
