pickIn 1939 the Nazi's forced 270,000 Jewish people to live in the Lodz ghetto. When the war ended in 1945, there were only 800 people left. Only 12 of them were children. This is one of those children's story. A quick read, but incredibly powerful. This will stay with me a long time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My #litsypartyofone continues at the pool. It feels a little odd to read about the Lodz ghetto during the freezing cold Polish winter while it's 90 degrees here, but I'm working on my tan while reading...multitasking! 😀
