Unfortunately, I left for Switzerland yesterday, so I could not attend The Pharaoh‘s Golden Parade in person. 22 mumies were transported from the Old Egyptian Museum to the new Museum of Egyptian Civilization.

LeahBergen Wow!! This is amazing. 4y
Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick This looks like a fun event. Sorry you missed it. Enjoy Switzerland! 4y
MariaW @LeahBergen @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I still had the chance to see the livestream. In case you want to check it out: https://youtu.be/bnlXW7KZl0c 4y

My two and a half year old is newly obsessed with Egyptology. Great illustrations. Tons of information woven through a first-person narrative. Highly recommend for curious kids.

She‘s going to be a natural saleswoman, sold me on it because it will help her on a social studies project - for next year. Well played, I see what you did there. 📚🐉😂

Is it bad that I use homeschool as an excuse to buy books?

All of these giveaways are so fun... I need to think of one to do!

One of my favorite memories was my mom letting me open a present the night before Christmas. It was always a pair of pajamas and a book. As I got a little older, she started giving me the "ology" books every year. I still have them, and my husband has even given me one! ?

@MaleficentBookDragon

Lucas.Rencher I love pirateology! The pirate life is the life for me! 7y
Broke_Girl_Reads I adored these books as a kid! I even used the tarot cards in Wizardology as part of a class project 7y

My kids have always enjoyed these -ology books. I'm thinking a pyramid illustration in a book qualifies as a #bookpyramid. #photoadaynov16 @RealLifeReading

BookishMarginalia Indeed it does! 👍🏼 8y
