This library book provided some helpful ideas to diversify my son‘s diet. It‘s packed with tasty looking recipes, although many do have some rather far out or expensive ingredients.
The author doesn‘t seem to realise that most parents don‘t have unlimited resources, or, as she mentioned on one occasion, a “garden room” where we can practice Mindfulness. That‘s OK, as I‘m happy to cherry pick whatever is helpful.

Christine OMG. This book is a thing that exists? Stacking and stalking immediately. (Just today while we were grocery shopping, my son reminded his brother that “in my universe, vegetables are NOT actually healthy.” 🙄😝) 5y
Libby1 Hi, @christine ! What age is your son? My son is 9 and was diagnosed last year. Good luck! ❤️ 5y
Christine My son on the spectrum is 14. He eats many more things than he used to, but veggies (and most fruits) only in hidden form, so I‘m always up for new ideas. Best wishes to you on this journey as well! ❤️ 5y
