Jace & I read these for #foodandlit this month. Strega Nona is set in Italy for #Jubilee - and the others are all set in The Netherlands. Strega Nona was very cute, and I also really liked The Hero of Little Street, which has no words but is quite the adventure when a little boy gets sucked into a 17th century painting in Holland. 🇮🇹🇳🇱

this book is a great book to read to your class to learn the importance of listening and also respecting boundaries. And the story big anthony learns how actions have consequences and I think that that is a great lesson for children to learn as well.

I don‘t think this would hold my students attention, I may have it available for them but not connected to a lesson

I enjoyed this story and seeing all the different illustrations. I thought the ending was funny
