Yes, I know it‘s only September 1st, but I‘m so excited about some of my spooky reads, that I pulled my October TBR off my shelves. The group on the left, including the tagged book, are my priorities. The stack on the right will be my time permitting. Oh, dang it. I forgot Dan Simmons‘ Song of Kali. I need to add that...I can‘t wait for October!

DGRachel @Sace I blame Litsy! I‘m usually the same way, especially about Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I did the screamathon thing last October and I‘ve been hoarding horror novels in anticipation of this October. There are some new ones that I‘m really excited about. 🤣🤣 4y

Some awesomely spooky ghost stories, accompanied by Edward Gorey illustrations! "The Empty House" really creeped me out! Only thing I would change is I wish they gave the years that each story came out, to better set up the setting.
