Mehso-so

3 🌟 Not one of the better Bob Shea books. Bear just brought everyone donuts. He and everyone else notice his wet pants and the bear goes about blaming every one of his friends for the accident. The illustrations are great, but I just didn‘t like this book. It‘s supposed to help kids know it‘s okay if you have an accident, and while that is in the book, the bear‘s anger was more prevalent. I understand why so many love it, but this was a no for me

Pickpick

This silly #picturebook made me giggle. I think small children would find it even funnier. #kidlit

A clueless bear is trying to find out how the crotch of his pants got wet. Anyone know if the dipping a sleeper‘s hand in warm water prank actually works?

KathyR Oops. This is what Google says: "But in 2009, the TV show “MythBusters” put the entire matter to bed, so to speak. The show brought two test subjects to a California sleep lab, hooked them up to brain monitoring equipment and lined the bed with moisture-activated voice alarms. Once the volunteer reached deep sleep, the other volunteer snuck into the room and dipped the sleeper‘s hand in a bowl of warm water. Later, they swapped places so the sleeper became the dipper and vice versa.

Neither volunteer wet the bed"
