Tuesday night it was announced that haircuts would be limited to 30 minutes. Since there‘s no way I could maintain my existing hair, I shaved it off on the Wednesday. Lockdown ready. Thursday the government removed the 30 minute rule again. Answering questions about my hair just leveled up to the length of Wolf Hall: “Okay, so you know on Tuesday night when...”

#Riotgrams - Pink: I have no clue what this book is about. It was a cover buy because that girl has PINK hair and is listening to music🎶 with super dope headphones.🎧 Hopefully she‘s a fly girl or just bold enough to be herself. My curiosity was piqued enough...I want to know what‘s up with her...one day anyway. Right now she was the answer to this prompt. Yeah!!!

Being, as my stylist calls us, one of her "magical unicorns ", I was naturally drawn to this cover with it's bright pink hair when I saw it at my library's used bookstore. Doing a causal reread of this book. I came across it in high school when I began rooting around in the Fiction and Literature section of Barnes and Noble. I was surprised by the racial component and even more surprised that I still liked the book even with that aspect. Will it hold up now? Let's find out!
