"...his mouth lagged into an easy leer, like he was enjoying making me uncomfortable." That's awkward. Total red flag right there.

"He couldn't possibly be interested in a girl like /that/ could he?" Well, what guy wouldn't want a hot, successful girl? Which is pretty much all Perry knows about this girl. I kinda hate this attitude...

"Next it was time to spy on his photos. I felt a tinge of creepy voyeurism as I clicked on the area..." The way she describes this, as if she's stalking Dex, makes me dislike Perry even more.

"I immediately hated both of them. Not only were they hot, but they had the best job in the world..." So I guess being pretty and successful=reason to hate a bitch. /sarcasm

"Jennifer Rodriguez was tall with slick, washboard abs that were always peeking out from her low-cut jeans." I feel like this sentence is /terrible./

I officially don't give a fuck about Ada's fashion blog and what it takes to run it.

Dex's voice sounds like it's sneering and that turns Perry on? I shouldn't judge with my on and off crush on Devastatir, I know, but I am anyway.

Perry is obsessed with the lighthouse being a rape palace.

"Rapists these days are gentle, I thought absently..." There is so much fuckery in this book I can't even.

"...wavy chestnut hair that sparkled all pretty in the fire's glow." He's a Cullen. RUN AWY!

5% in. The more I read, the more I despise Perry!

So much wrong with this writing so far.
And I despise Perry. Buddy read for Halloween bingo. So far both have been busts, but this one is readable. Can't wait for my third buddy read of Vision: Little Worse Than a Man. In gonna love that so much!
