Mehso-so

Despite some inconsistencies and things that plain pissed me off, this was a really entertaining read. Some of the world-building and secondary characters were magnificent and I really wish we had more focus on them. Plus, "Add It Up" by The Violent Femmes as a spell component was just plain cool.

If he calls himself a rock star one more time, I swear to god...

Em890 You could always turn it into a drinking game. Everytime he does it, take a drink. 🙄🍷📚 9y

Magdalena is described as being olive skinned when she is introduced. Now "porcelain" and "alabaster" are descriptors being used about her skin. I'm also olive skinned and under no circumstances does my skin ever look porcelain. None. So the author needs to figure out what skin tone she actually is.
