1. I absolutely love Stella Rimington's books. They've really helped during this period, very fast paced and interesting stories.
2. Spy novels! I love spy novels. All sorts, the OTT ones, the dark ones, the in between ones.
3. I haven't read anything by Mick Herron, my husband ( who usually recommends books I end up loving),says I might enjoy them!

This is a very good autobiography of Stella Rimington's life in MI5.
She has also written a series featuring LIz Carlyle a fictional agent from MI5. They are worth reading.

MI5 (and just about every other agency/department of government) works to foil a terrorist attempt in the UK by an "invisible", i.e. a British citizen. A page-turner with a likeable heroine.
