An excellent middle grade book about the building of, passengers on, and the sinking of Titanic! I've been fascinated with this disaster since I was about 10 so this was a wonderful find! The photos of the artifacts are great for kids who are more visual and there are also photos from Ballard's expeditions and a section on current efforts to remember those lost. #middlegrade #raisingreaders #kidlit #teachersofLitsy

Book Fair day 4:

Luckily for my wallet, I had to skip day 3 of the book fair for the Daisies end of the year ice cream social. I was back at it yesterday for two shifts. Genevieve picked out two more books, which she read multiple times when she got home. I got the tagged book about the Titanic and devoured it before bed last night. It was fantastic! Full of great pictures and a lot of facts I didn‘t know. The layout was 👍🏻
