I confess I have never been to a #Tailgate party before so this prompt was a bit challenging. I would think portable food would be good, so I went with this fun cookbook from my collection that‘s filled with food on a stick. Just don‘t get drunk & run with them!😉

What says “party time” more than food on sticks?! 🎉This book‘s subtitle is “80 Party Perfect Recipes.” I did a blog review of this one back in 2011 & made the Mojito Melon Fruit Skewers glazed with a dressing of lime, mint & rum. I have made them a few more times for parties as they are like a fruity mojito. 😋Link to the recipe is 👇🏻
