Finally finished this series that I started a good many years ago. The ending was as good as I had imagined with some twists and turns along the way. I would definitely recommend this series.

Well it turns out our Mother‘s Day jelly beans were the first. Two more girls were pregnant. This brindle bean belong to Briar. Cross fingers it‘s a girl as I would like them to stay. There is only one left of our Mother‘s Day babies, we think he is a biy and he will be staying but we can‘t keep more boys.
Covid…day three. Still just Fin with covid. Still in self imposed quarantine to make sure we do t share this further with the world. Today will be some tv, crochet, reading and rest.
Still negative. Poor miss Fin is rather unwell and achy today but is currently resting. I have a bad headache and have since yesterday but that will be lack of sleep and stress (fingers crossed). Going to take a moment while my support is out shopping for me (bless her to the moon and back) and read in quiet
And so it begins. We have not had covid at all. Now our poor youngest is down. The one who doesn‘t go far or often. On the upside there will be lots of time to read this week as we won‘t be leaving the house and risking others. Send us positive thoughts and chocolate.
Spent this morning finishing this single bed blanket off for food bank. Now to spend the rest of the afternoon reading
The adult son has soccer this morning and it‘s cold and wet! So I‘m going to be sitting in the car and reading while he enjoys himself
Happy mothers day to me…I guess! We brought a few little girl mice from a breeder last weekend….to keep our Betty company as her companion had passed. Last night we found these hours old jelly beans 🤦🏼♀️. Not sure which one is mumma, the poor little thing, but am glad they were born here where they will be loved and appreciated.
Just having some breakfast and getting ready for more all day reading. I managed 12 hours yesterday bringing me up to 16 hours total for #24b4Monday so I should be able to finish! Hoping to get through my current book, my audio and some of the books on the small stack. But first coffee!
Finishing this book was a struggle this time, notwithstanding it used to be one of my favorites. I guess it's not much of a surprise anymore, considering that I barely liked the re-reading I did for the 1st 2 books. My main issue with this one is that there are too many deus ex machinae...which is kind of redundant as this is story about angels. I still think the whole premise of the series is good, despite the flaws in storytelling.
