Picked this up at the library today -- just 3 little crossover stories between Riordan's Greek and Egyptian series. Short, fun read for Riordan fans, and a great little #palatecleanser.
(Map from Percy Jackson's Greek Heroes, in keeping with the theme)

Percy Jackson is without a doubt one of my favorite characters in YA fiction. It's always a major treat when he pops up in any story. The Kanes are strong runners-up. It's fun to see Percy and Carter fight together, at once totally annoyed by & impressed with one another. It's all good!
"[Percy] spoke no command words; he had no staff or wand. He just stood there and looked up at the crocodile as if to say, "Here I am. I'm tasty." The crocodile seemed momentarily surprised. If nothing else, we would die knowing we'd confused this monster many, many times."
I love Percy AND Carter!
