Anyone else keep a notebook of favorite lines from books? I love looking back on words that spoke to me. My notebook was almost full, so I found this beauty to start a new one. Anyone care to share your favorite lines for me to add?
AkashaVampie Love the cover. 4y
goodbyefrancie @AkashaVampie Isn't it pretty? Last one on the shelf like it, so I was lucky! 4y
TheRomantiCate No but that sounds like such a great idea 4y

jb72 That is beautiful! 4y
goodbyefrancie @TheRomantiCate I love it. Sometimes just flipping to a random page to revisit something. 4y
TheRomantiCate @goodbyefrancie I definitely need to do that cause sometimes I‘ll quote something I know is from a book, but I can‘t remember what 4y
Sweetkokoro I started doing this, and then my daughter stole my notebook and tore out the pages and used it for herself :/ so I haven‘t bothered but now I want to try again. 4y
goodbyefrancie @Sweetkokoro uh-oh! Definitely do it again. I love mine. 4y
zezeki I do the same thing, but haven't it done it lately, my reading mood has been all over the place and haven't really found anything that stuck with me. 4y
Susanita I use Notes on my phone or take a picture of the page. 4y
Augustdana I do the same thing!! It‘s sometimes called a commonplace book !! My last quote is from Solnit: growing up, we say, as though we were trees, as though altitude was all that there was to be gained, but so much of the process is growing whole as the fragments are gathered, the patterns found. 4y
LibrarianChels I love this idea as a theme for my 2021 line-a-day journal. This year‘s theme was only positive notes from the day. Super challenging in 2020! It‘s like the pandemic never happened. 4y
goodbyefrancie @LibrarianChels omg, I can't imagine how challenging that must have been for this year. You're a superhero! 4y
