This was an Amazon First pick from a couple of years ago. I have fairly low expectations for Amazon First books and have only read a few, but I really liked this one. I already bought the next book in the series.
It was a good read, though very predictable at times. There also seemed to be a few inconsistencies that I couldn't quite reconcile when I was reading it. Maybe I was reading too much into things, but I just... struggled with the rest if the story, for lack of a better way to put it.
Just realised that this brings up my #Booked2020 #Booked2020Winter challenge as it was set in Hollwood 😅
I made a reading challenge 😊 #ThinAir by Lisa Gray is my female detective thriller ✅ It‘s about a kick-ass woman investigating a 25 year old cold case. The end is a little rushed, but over all great book! I hope all my #murderino buds recommend some awesome reads. True crime nerds unite! I hope you all enjoy this #readingchallenge Please share!! #MyFavoriteNovel2020 #ssgdm #truecrime #thriller #murdermystery #readingchallenge2020
There is nothing wrong with this book but it just didn‘t grab me. The premise is great-private investigator realizes she was a missing child twenty years ago and now doesn‘t know what to believe. I found there to be a lot a characters which got confusing at times. This is a first in a series available on Kindle Unlimited.
