I totally binged all three Paradise Bay books, and then the Crazy Royal Love sequel series (incidentally, also the sequel to her Crown Jewels series). Super fun. Love all the characters. I will admit the Honeymooner was the weakest of the six but I'm really glad I kept going.

4 ⭐for humor, 2 1/2 ⭐ for predictability. Bride gilted by the groom, left at the altar. Bride goes on honeymoon/work vacation alone. Bride makes a fool of herself with the "bartender" who ends up being the owner of the resort with whom she had demanded a meeting to orchestrate a hostile takeover. Blah blah blah, groom hunts her down, wants her back, she sends him packing, resort owner & jilted bride fall in love, live happily ever after.

Tbh, I was pretty annoyed at the heroine by page 1; she was too much for me. Then I felt bad for her, but was still annoyed by how in denial she was. But then I loved her! As for the hero, I was pretty annoyed at him too; way too hero complex. But then I loved him too!

So what I‘m saying is, even if it annoys you a bit, stick with it because it gets better. So much better. And now I‘m desperately awaiting the sequel!!!
