This was just meh. But it might be ok if you're a new manager and didn't already read dozens of these. Julie is a Facebook veteran and does talk about some of her more senior coworkers but overall 🤷

The other four books I got from Audible's 2 for 1 sale this week. Has anyone read or loved any of these??
This was definitely the management book I was looking for! It was so detailed, had so much information but in a readable and not overwhelming manner. She does talk about Facebook a lot and I hate Facebook, but that‘s where she works, so it was understandable. I definitely recommend this book for new or experienced managers.
I don‘t remember if someone recommended this on Litsy or if I found it on GoodReads.
#DoubleSpin - Nonfiction book
Most useful management book I‘ve read yet. So often I feel like nothing in these will work in my job (in a busy newsroom) but actually this has a fair few things that I will try and implement but also a lot of encouraging stuff about mindset. I liked.
Getting inspiration for (hopefully) my next job!
I‘m not a big reader of books to help me in my job, but recently I‘ve been feeling a big insecure about my management skills. I blame my autumn (fall!) in America where everyone is so... together. Anyway, this popped up in an email from NetGalley at just the right tome. I‘ll keep you all posted.
