Another good one in the series- but very short! Only just over 200 pages.
Love Kate and the Alaskan countryside but not the hunting and cutting up of animals (still recovering from that chapter ☹️).
I have nothing to add to my #weeklyforecast as yet!

TrishB @Cinfhen it seems to be going ok 🤞🏻🤞🏻 first teaching today, 3 hour labs, masks and socially distanced. She said it was fine considering. She‘s not in a high positive area for the virus and the students aren‘t locked in halls! It‘s us at home that are in high risk area and looking at further restrictions. It‘s all a big worry. Hope all is well your side ♥️ 4y

I‘m not sure what the hell is happening here....so many mixed messages but as of now my flight out for Wednesday is still scheduled. I‘m living on eggshells 🥺but trying to remain optimistic 💚 4y

Started this one this morning. I skipped most of the first chapter as they shot some wildlife and there were blood descriptions, cutting descriptions etc etc. I don‘t think there was any plot stuff, but if there was I‘ve missed it and if it didn‘t add to the plot, why?

With a crucial vote coming up on whether to have a tract of land made part of the national park or left open for exploitation by natural resources companies, including oil companies, members of the tribal council are dropping like flies, and emaa asks Kate to investigate.

Lots of Alaskan history in this one. The ending gives off an end-of-an-era vibe, so it feels like a good place to break. I will be coming back to the series though.
