I read this Nov 4-20 & gave it 4 ⭐️. It was a very enjoyable read and quite a few of Caine‘s lessons about acting can be applied to other jobs.

Life advice from Michael Caine. Coming from his years as an actor, and although he often uses the phrase, “no matter what you do in life”, it‘s directed at that profession. There are many Hollywood stories, but what makes the Audio Book version enjoyable is Michael Caine‘s narration. One of the most recognizable voices.
#stack No3 for this weekends #readathons is another eclectic mix which includes a memoir(Blowing The Bloody Doors Off) fantasy/scifi(Middlegame) chicklit(Winter Street) YA historical fantasy(Bright We Burn) & middle grade nostalgia(Toms Midnight Garden) My #TBRStacksOfDoom are so large, I could make enough stacks for a few years reading! #24B4Monday #HSreadathon #SummersEndReadathon
just finished listening to this and loved it. Michael Caine is one of my favourite actors and listening to this makes you love him more
This was a completely charming memoir. I loved all the movie and party stories. He has lead a very interesting life with a mindset that I aspire to. Loved it.
#BookMail Pr5 Up last in this past weeks mail is the autobiography of one of my favourite English actors. I think the first Michael Caine movie I saw was the original The Italian Job where he played the cockney charmer to the hilt, his accent is probably one of the most recognizable in film. He‘s had a long & distinguished career from The Ipcress File in the 60s through to Alfred the butler in Batman. Should be a great read🎥
I finished this one right before the end of Christmas. This was part memoir, part acting/life advice and I really enjoyed that. Michael has been working for a long time in movies, I have a lot to watch now!
Classy all the way Mr. Caine.
