5? What a story. @Texreader was absolutely right. I enjoyed this story immensely. The ending is one hell of a mic drop, I've got to say. I almost cried when Merddin finally had an "ap (insert name here)" after his name. It's what he's wanted his whole life. Now that he can be properly dressed down, no one would dare. I adore this novella the most (so far - one more to go), but it wouldn't be the first time the ending wasn't my favourite.

I'VE MADE IT!!! Loving the grail immagry on this cover, but of course the cover means NOTHING!!! I love that the story with Arthur continues!!! I may never sleep again (at least until this series is over).

Big surprises were unveiled in this penultimate novella in this King Arthur series. The best part of the story is not knowing who to trust: ever-changing allegiances abound. For a quick read with a bit of Welsh history and another entry in King Arthur lore, I recommend this series and this prolific author.
