arubabookwoman @Mitch It‘s an agonizing process. I go through only a few shelves at a time. Some days I think I overly discard, other days I‘m stingy. It also makes me want to reread so many of my old favorites. 6y

arubabookwoman @JenniferP It varies. Most are donated to Friends of the Library. Some are going to Half Price Books for a pittance. I culled about 150 art books, and my two art history friends took about 75 of them, so that made me feel good. Special books like the set of Dickens my H got for his bar mitzvah in 1962 are set aside for grandkids. 6y
