It was a Monday. Back at work and so tired already. I had to be on 8 hours of conference calls. Lort, help me, I need some silence.
My favourite part of the day...the darkness of early morning, not quite day, not quite night. The quiet of the still sleeping household, a freshly brewed cup of coffee, and a thrilling book. It‘s almost mystical.
I am excited to start this book. I have never read anything by Mary Burton.
pickTexas Ranger Mitchel Hayden and Austin‘s Medical Examiner, Faith McIntrye find themselves embroiled in a case that could easily destroy Faith. Ranger Hayden is trying to solve a horrific murder that keeps branching out. This is one romantic suspense book you don‘t want to miss. This isn‘t even one of my favorite genres but I hooked from the beginning and blindsided by the ending.
I've have been keeping an actual list of the books I can't wait to get my hands on, and it's shaping up to be a good winter.
