I am so glad we can do tv episodes. Just jumped around my fave series, Parks and Rec to watch their Christmas episodes!

Clwojick Oh this is another good show that I often forget about. I don't watch much tv, but I tend to go through spurts here and there. 16 pt. 5y

Not a casual read, I recommend this academic work for anyone with a serious interest in the NPS and Women's Equality.

At the dedication, Alan Alda drew a large crowd, surprising his followers with his feminism. "These modest buildings of Seneca Falls," he said, "are as much a part of the soul of our democracy as those revered halls in which white, propertied men granted themselves freedom, liberty, and democracy."

Women's Rights NHP Dedication, July 1982

Oh how I love this man ...

#24B4Monday #readathon total: 3.5 hours

Just wasn't in the cards. Left later than planned Saturday, so I only got to read about an hour and a half in the car before it was too dark. Then Sunday we were just busy returning to reality. Still, I'm pretty impressed that I found any time at all to read. #busybeingmom

#24B4Monday #readathon post. Only got about 30 minutes. Visiting my parents for the Holiday, and hubby had to drive oldest out to meet his troop for his first Scout camping trip today. Which meant I was left alone all day with two toddlers and two seniors. My mom is paranoid, so I had to watch the 3 yr olds like a hawk. Out of desperation, I got out the coloring books thinking I could read while they sit and color. Good in theory, anyway.

SleepyDragon Going home tomorrow, so will at least get some time to read in the car while hubby drives. 6y
