I got a little annoyed by the ending. Too many fantastical things all in one bout that I don‘t quite believe from the rest of the world building and setup. But overall really enjoyable and fairly well written.

pickThis is one of my favorite universes in all of reading. In the first trilogy an ancient curse breaks and Roanoke reappears. Havoc, demons, and native and Christian deities ensue. This is the second trilogy in the universe. The gates are open and the supernatural world is extending its reach. Read them- you won't be sorry.
