Everyone knows I listen to medieval history to fall asleep. This popped up for free on Audible so I snagged it. The author‘s argument is a little strained as it‘s difficult to say that climate change alone caused a late 14th century famine in England and northern France. This was also a period of frequent wars and pillaging. Edward III and the Black Prince both used scorched earth policies on their raids of France. So it was just okay.
