So good. Took me a minute to get into it but once I was I couldn‘t put it down. Jude never disappoints!

This will pretty much be my day today. This ooor dog is going on like 7 weeks in this damn cone. Yesterday had to have yet another procedure to try to stop some corneal degeneration. He can‘t see almost at all right now so has to be kept somewhat confined and resting. So I‘ll be sitting here reading and watching tv.

This book isn‘t very good so I think I‘ll do some light skimming and try to get thru and on to something else.

Starting this tonight. It‘s 3rd in a trilogy, the first two published and read years and years ago so of course I don‘t recall anything. Hopefully it either won‘t matter or she‘ll do a good job of recapping precious books.

So I got all happy when I got the email this ebook was available at the library. Then I realized it‘s third I. A series. I went to Goodreads and I have read the first two but there‘s no way I remember anything. The first was published in ‘02, the second In ‘08 and now the third this year. So I guess I‘ll give it a whirl and we‘ll see if anything feels familiar or hopefully she does a good job of filling in the blanks.

Got this yesterday as a goodreads win. The cover is just so serene and tranquil. Of course its one of those weekends with lots of family farm chores. Excited to start it.
