panUmm...no. The bar was set pretty low for a Christmas novella mixed with genetic research, but it failed to meet even my most basic expectations. The science angle that interested me falls away in favor of a cringe-worthy attempt at romance, with the characters literally saying they're not in a Hallmark movie... while everything plays out exactly like a Hallmark movie, but taking itself too seriously. Just watch A Christmas Prince instead.
The new murder bot book is quite small.
