It was so interesting and so sad to read. And it helped me so much.

This book is 30 years old and still as relevant today as it was then. It's hard-hitting and heavy going so it took me a while to get through it but I wouldn't have wanted to go any faster as there's so much to absorb and activities to do too. I imagine this book has helped many therapists and survivors and will continue to do so for years to come.

julesG The Toxic Parents book sounds interesting. 6y
Blueberry @julesG The first half is a lot of anecdotes. The second half will be to work on issues. So far I like her writing style. 6y
