3 posts | 2 read
Offers a remixed re-envisioning of the greatest characters of all-time, featuring action, romance, comedy, lust, drama, and bloody violence. Juliet lives! The newest chapter of the award-winning Kill Shakespeare series flashes back to five months after the death of Romeo, where Juliet is mourning yet another loved one—her mother. Now Juliet must discover who the murderer is, lest she becomes the next victim.

Mehso-so

This series went downhill fast with this volume. The coloring is not good and the teal boxes make the lettering really difficult to read. Also, why does Benvolio look exactly like Falstaff? The storyline was fine, I like knowing how Othello and Juliet ended up being comrades, but this doesn‘t answer any of the questions left in the series as it‘s a prologue.

Pickpick

Just finished this one. I really enjoyed it!!! And even better - I got it signed since I bought it from the author :-)

This one follows Juliet after the events of Romeo and Juliet. She survives and is dealing with the loss of her love. I love the series and can't wait to read the next one. :-)

Picked these two up this weekend and even got the author to sign them! Really enjoying the beginning of Past is Prologue so far!
