Caspian dramatically "died" when I leaned the book against him. ?

A fantastic collection of short stories. I enjoyed them all. They're dark and gritty and so very good.

Ursula Vernon and Alan Steele during the GoH presentation. Ben Bova was sitting in front of me so bonus!

Oh man, I have been neglecting Litsy terribly. I'm going to try to be better. Got these three signed by Ursula Vernon at the con where I bought them, but haven't cracked them open yet. Too many library books ahead of them! (Kingfisher is her pen name for adult books)

Actually not this book, but Summer in Orcus, which somehow is not in the database despite being Lodestar nominated. Is it me or is the @Litsy database going downhill? Anyway Summer in Orcus is an unmitigated delight! YA/MG portal fantasy with Baba Yaga, a cast of critter friends, and solutions that aren't all battle focused. Glorious fun.

Briary I loved this one too, such a delightful read. Have you seen the glorious illustrated special edition? 6y
Clare-Dragonfly Wow, this sounds right up my alley! I‘ve heard such good things about T. Kingfisher but haven‘t read any of their books yet. 6y
Lauredhel @Clare-Dragonfly I only recently found putt that she is Ursula Vernon! 6y
Lauredhel @Briary I haven't, but now I'm hoping my library will get it in. 6y
