Hey #GroupF! Before I put together my list of potential reads, where do you all fall on the heat level? I know Beth suggested winter-themed romances with a Hallmark movie vibe. Are we thinking closed-door, modern rom-com only, or anything goes, including historicals, as long as they are set in winter? As a romance reader, I‘m good with anything.
BethM I‘m a romance reader too so I‘m good with any and all heat/contemp/historical whatever :) 3y
BethM Also I didn‘t know you were a romance reader! #romantsy unite! 3y
DGRachel @BethM Romance is the best! It is my go-to genre when I am sad or sick or in a reading slump. I read a lot of dark stuff in other genres and romance is the best escape genre I know. 💖 3y

BethM Me too! As far as my go to escape when I need it or I‘m sad, sick etc. I don‘t read much dark stuff bc I work in criminal justice, but I‘ll read a lot of cozies, sff, historical fiction etc. nothing beats romance for the warm fuzzies. 3y
Littlewolf1 I guess I should have read this before putting together my list, but my list is pretty mixed. 3y
DGRachel @Littlewolf1 no worries! I think it was @Roary47 who said this was out of her comfort zone, so I didn‘t want to pick erotica if everyone wasn‘t comfortable with that level of sex-on-the-page. (Not that I would have-just as an example) 3y
Littlewolf1 @DGRachel That makes perfect sense 3y
Roary47 @Littlewolf1 @BethM @DGRachel yes, I‘m not a romance reader. As long as it is not full on erotica I‘ll be good. I‘m okay with steamy as long as there is also a awww I love that these two are together plot to get them together. 3y
