#auldlangspine About Me: I‘ve recently finished grad school & going back to work after being a SAHM for 12 years. I have 3 kids: 18, 13, 7. My husband & I have been married for 23 years. We recently moved from San Diego to Boston. I‘ve moved from cross country twice (first time from NC to CA, for my husband‘s post-doc, now to MA, my husband is an oncology research scientist). My background is working in early intervention, but also have a BA in
ncsufoxes History. I like reading historical fiction & nonfiction plus also books related to social justice or books related to public health (Invisible Child, Evicted). My middle child is Autistic so I am also interested in disability rights & stories. The beach is my happy place. I‘m a die hard NC State fan 🐺❤️ (my first Alma Mater in addition to UNCG & San Diego State). And lastly we have 1 dog, Flash, who is my 4th child & constant shadow. 2y

Billypar Great post - congrats on finishing grad school! I hope you and your family are getting settled in Boston - I've always enjoyed my visits there.
