A spy who looks like a spy wouldn't last long
This story makes me want to watch spy movies.
This book gives kids insight to what it would have ben like in World World 2 through the protagonist Suzanne, yet also exposes them to some violence and grit they probably do not often read about. I think it is good the book is realistic rather than sugarcoating war.
“I lay still for a moment, savoring the heavy relaxed feeling in my arms and legs. I hadn‘t slept so well in three years. It was because I was no longer afraid”
Great story about the hard times during war. Great theme of being courageous and fighting for your country, honor, and freedom.
