3 🌟! I read one of her other books and thought I'd like this one too. While the art was beautiful (as usual), I wasn't 100% sure what happened at the end or what the creatures were doing...It just felt like it was missing something to make it feel complete #graphicnovel #fantasy #thelostpath #amelieflechais #scary

Visually stunning. The artwork of this #graphicnovel is absolutely amazing. The story less so. I found it confusing, the boy characters annoying, and the ending unsatisfying. #arc #translated

This started off with intricate, haunting drawings and a creepy fairy tale beginning. However, the story itself follows through the woods on a ghostly trail, but it just didn't really fill out as a compelling story for me. #netgalley

This was one of my favorites though -- reminded me of some of the types of illustrations and pictures books I was fascinated by as a child, with lots of intricate details and underground passageways

A twisty fable about 3 boys who wander off the path in a dangerous wood. I enjoyed this one more then The Little Wolf, though I do wish we'd gotten more on the forest creatures & their lives because I though they were more interesting than the humans the story was actually focused on. Once again Flechais' stunningly detailed illustrations were by far my favorite part. The artwork is just really spectacular & the read is worth it for that alone.
