Book 3 in this cozy ish series. A delight to listen to! I love this series and am so glad it was introduced via #cbbc
But i need help!!!! I really need to find a recipe for actual Irish curry chips- google is giving me potato chip recipes- does anyone know if i can find them in DC or NY? or a recipe????

Bookwomble I imagine it will be chips (proper chunky chips, not French Fries) covered in chip shop curry sauce. They're more popular in Northern Britain & Ireland than in the south, where I got a very cockney short shrift when I first ordered chips and gravy, and then asked for curry as a back up 😄 You might try this recipe, but personally if I'm making it at home, I just add curry powder to gravy granules! https://youtu.be/28gxiUJ-FMg?si=o6LA0QNj0PEibBuA 2w
Chrissyreadit @Bookwomble THANK YOU!!!!! I‘m so happy! i‘m going to see if my daughter will make a vegan version with me And I‘m so excited to finally see what it looks like!!! 2w
Bookwomble @Chrissyreadit You're welcome: proper rib-sticking food 😄 2w

I‘m totally not reading these in order, and this one is the 3rd in the series, where the MC Siobhán O‘Sullivan has gone from bistro owner to her first day as a garda. She immediately gets entangled in the investigation of a murdered American who was in Ireland researching his genealogy. Very enjoyable and I didn‘t guess the killer - love this series!

Murder? Again? In the same little Irish town? And this time--in a churchyard cemetery? This is the third book in this cozy series, and I really like it. The author downplayed the lead's siblings this time as she moves the overall character arc away from the family business to police work. I think it was a good move so that it isn't the same story over and over. #cozy #mystery
