This book has a lot of practical hands on ideas inside, which lead me to making a few things, including rich Esbat biscuits everyone here loved. I‘ll return to some recipes when the weather calms it self down to acceptable temperatures.

Christmas was fun, and I adored getting together with my Dad‘s side of the family on Christmas Eve. Lots of kids & drinks & chaos & laughter. BUT today, we are all sick. My poor Mom has an upper GI bug, my siblings nasty chest colds, and **fingers crossed** so far just a migraine for me. So I put my #KitchenWitchery skills to the test and made soup. Loads of herbs, broth, beans, veggies & a bit of leftover pasta & chicken. #GetBetterSoup #yummy

TheNeverendingTBR Hope you all recover soon! 😌 2y

I love this book. Full of easy recipes. I use the basic biscuit recipe as a base, and this time I have added chocolate powder, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg! 😄 Stars, stockings and a teddy to make them more christmassy ⭐
