Such is the plight of our protagonist Rose, who is determined to maintain her own home as her part in the war effort. This book is a perfect combination of humor and levity. #timbittunes

The ladies of Edinburgh are able to #sleepingmydayaway or pop bon bons at will until the war hits. Unfortunately they are then unable to get household help, and must then administer to all the household needs themselves. It sounds like it has quite a bit of humor—hopefully I‘m able to get to it soon!
