The British illustrator,writer,stylist,photographer,art director, Michael Roberts died this past April. I have always wanted these books. Have given as a gift, but time to gift myself! I am a huge fan of Grace Coddington, and after all, it is New York Fashion Week. So… here they are!

pickEntertaining fluff. A spoof on Grace Coddington‘s memoir, as told by an orangutan fashion model. Beautiful book design with jungle foliage endpapers, orange-coloured ink for the text, and lots of full-page art in a style reminiscent of mid-20th century children‘s picture books.

In their hands she saw what looked like a roll of cloth, which, on closer inspection, turned out to be row after row of jungle flowers all linked together by very hungry green caterpillars.
