Pickpick

Hurry freedom by Jerry Stanley won the National book award and nominated for the Orbis Pictus award as well. This book is about African American forty-niners who went west to seek fortunes and freedom in the California Gold Rush. This book is very big an both a picture and novel book. This can help student with their research projects on the California Gold Rush I they wish to use it. Didn't really find any lesson plans for this book.

Jaquessial UDL: 2.1, Clarify vocabulary and symbols. ESOL: #48, use grip assignments, portfolios, learning journals and non print options as alternative assessment. A biography and historical book. (edited) 7y
